Q.4: How to control quality?
First, all raw materials are inspected by the quality control department before entering the warehouse.
Second, during the casting process, three spectral analyses are performed before, during and after.
Third, after the parts are cleaned, the first visual inspection is carried out to check whether the product has defects
beforesending to the next process.
Fourth, a comprehensive 0C inspection is carried out on each part before shipment, including chemical composition,
mechanical properties and other specific tests. Transactions can be made through made-in-china Trade Assurance.
